Sound Gong Healing Experiences
SATURDAYS | 6:00 - 7.00pm
Sound baths are suitable for everyone at any stage of their lives. Participants lie on the floor under the comfort of their own blanket and pillow. The wash of sounds from the Gong induces a deep meditative experience which teaches you to let go; there is nothing to do but be open to the experience. For anyone who wants to begin a meditation practice, this is a great place to start, especially if you overthink or have excessive thoughts that make it difficult to meditate in a more traditional way.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful active healing technique that allows us to journey & explore altered states of consciousness. It allows us to re-connect to our body, our feelings, our memories, our higher self for integration, self-development, and inner work. This can result in releasing feelings and emotions, like stress and trauma, along with granting clarity and perspective on what's going on in our lives. It is also a powerful way to come together and heal collectively while finding new strength and purpose.

These sessions are intended to deeply relax your nervous system, support the clearing of any tensions and blockages that do not serve you, realign the body, mind and spirit and build resilience.
These monthly events will be held on Saturdays around the new moon to help clear your energy and support you to manifest your intentions for the new moon cycle.
