This class is a mix of Hatha and somatic yoga, with inspiration drawn from a number of sources including the Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais.  It’s open to everyone but is particularly useful for those of us who find ourselves stressed, anxious, burnt-out and dealing with auto-immune and post viral issues including long Covid.
