Alexander Technique and yoga is back at the Concorde House Clinic in Canterbury in July!

My next visit will be on Thursday 9th July , Saturday 11th July, and all private lessons will take place at the Concorde House Clinic.

We'll also have 2 yoga classes, first on Thursday 9th July, followed by weekend classes on Saturday 11th July at 10pm, all at the Concorde House Clinic.

Yoga Classes (Smart Yoga x2)

Thursday 9th July: 1:00 – 2:30pm

Saturday 11th July: 10:00 – 11:30pm

These classes focus on helping you find the poses that work best for your body, understanding your habits, and developing a more individualised and aware practice—both in movement and at rest.

Private Lessons

I’ll be available for private lessons across all three days at the Concorde House Clinic.
