Natasha has practised as a body worker since 1995. Her travels to Australia and Asia in 2000 inspired her to learn yoga, meditation, Thai massage, Indian head massage and reiki.
The experience of her first yoga and meditation retreat was truly life changing, this lead her to India exploring many different styles, including studying at the Krishnamacharya Mandiram in Chennai and the Sivananda center in Kerala. On returning to the UK she completed a 500hr teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga.
Natasha has taught yoga in the Brighton area offering group sessions, one to one yoga and also ran workshops at festivals and events.
She is now based in Canterbury and is passionate about bringing her own experiences together to create a unique space for others to celebrate their own individuality, encouraging healing through self expression, breath and movement.
Natasha believes yoga is for everybody and enjoys witnessing positive changes in all those who come to class, she feels that being on our mat isn't always about deep discovery, it is also a time to release seriousness, have fun, share experiences and even shed a tear or two.
She teaches a hatha style practice combining flowing sequences with deep restorative postures, meditation, pranayama, mudra and mantra.
Her classes vary from week to week and usually include a theme, working with the seasons, elements, lunar cycle, yoga philosophy, chakras and often teachings which have inspired her journey towards finding inner peace.
“Yoga is the journey of the self,
to the self,
through the self.
