From 26th February classes will also take place on Wednesdays from 6.30-7.45pm

We’re excited to have Craniosacral Therapist Lindsey Coates joining the Concorde House Clinic team from this February. Lindsey will be holding a "Pop up" clinic here at Concorde House on Saturday 29th February for clients to try 30 minute taster sessions in Craniosacral therapy treatment.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle yet powerful approach to health and wellbeing suitable for adults, children and babies.
Using light touch (through clothing) CST balances the nervous system by reducing stress and tensions in the body, supports the functioning of the all the bodily systems via the central nervous system and helps the body work through physical and emotional trauma.
